Abby & Nate
L’Orangerie – Tauranga
Abby and Nate’s L’Orangerie wedding was a celebration filled with meaning, family, and plenty of fun. They chose the forest at L’Orangerie for their ceremony, a space that feels intimate and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to exchange vows.
A highlight of the day was how much their daughter Lola was included. She was right there in the middle of everything, from the ceremony through to the celebrations, and it was clear how important it was to Abby and Nate to have her play such a big part in their wedding. Those moments between the three of them added so much warmth and connection to the story of the day.
L’Orangerie is one of my favourite venues in the Bay of Plenty, and this wedding showed exactly why. It has the ability to feel both wild and refined, with so many spaces that bring a sense of character and charm to a wedding day. After the forest ceremony, everyone came together for an evening of celebration that ended on a packed dancefloor. The energy never dipped and it was the kind of party that carried late into the night.
Abby and Nate’s L’Orangerie wedding was the perfect combination of natural beauty, family connection, and a dancefloor to remember. It is always a privilege to document days like this, where the setting and the people come together so seamlessly.
